I so know what you mean conflux, our pipes leaked into the flat below and all the tiles in the flat below fell off it looks like a bomb site, thank god for insurance.
nd not being able to talk or spend enough time with Everyone I would have liked to. This must be pretty common at Bicon, too many lovely people not enough time to Hug and chat to Everone :-)
